The Villa Park Area Early Childhood Collaborative (VPAECC) is a cross-section of community leaders and neighbors passionate about helping the area’s youngest neighbors and their care circles learn about youth development milestone screenings, available services and programs that support school readiness and overall wellness, parent education, and the professional development of individuals that interact with children and their care circles.
VPAECC covers the communities of Villa Park, Oakbrook Terrace, and Lombard, Illinois. The fiscal agent for VPAECC is Tri-Town YMCA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
