Birth to Five Illinois
Birth to Five Illinois has awarded the Villa Park Area Early Childhood Collaborative with a generous grant to support the resources, programs, and services the group provides for the community. Birth to Five is a statewide regional infrastructure that will amplify input from communities in the development of policies and funding priorities. We support the mobilization of communities to build and sustain equitable access to inclusive, high-quality early childhood services for all children and families in the state of Illinois.

Bright & Early DuPage
Bright & Early DuPage (B&ED)has awarded a generous grant to the Villa Park Area Early Childhood Collaborative that supports the work of a full-time Parent Navigator who assists families with connecting to services in the region. The grant also supports other fundamental building blocks for the growth and development of the Collaborative’s efforts. B&ED is an initiative of DuPage Foundation, a unique program designed to leverage area resources to ensure that all DuPage children from birth to age five receive the comprehensive support critical in preparing them for success in kindergarten and beyond. Community by community, B&ED is engaging and uniting local organizations and individuals to build awareness for and facilitate access to early childhood education and support services for DuPage children and their families.
Child’s Voice
Child’s Voice is the only non public program offering listening and spoken language education in northern Illinois. Child’s Voice serves about 400 children and their families annually from more than 30 different school districts in the Chicago area.

Based in Villa Park, Despertar Latino is the leading beacon in the Latino community, celebrating the richness of Latino culture and roots; providing comprehensive health to individuals in an environment of equality, respect, inclusion and harmony that resonates with the strength of our traditions.
District 45 DuPage County

DuPagePads is the largest provider of interim and permanent housing, coupled with support services in order to help individuals work toward becoming self-sufficient.
Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley

Easterseals offers pediatric therapy services throughout West Suburban Chicagoland to help children and their families build skills and access resources they need to live, learn, work and play in their communities. Core services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The organization also offers assistive technology therapy, medical nutrition services, behavior therapy, developmental evaluations, audiology, social services, a child care center, specialty clinics, and a continuing education program.
Elm Tree Christian Child Care

Elm Tree Christian Child Care Center offers developmentally appropriate experiences throughout the day that allow the children to learn and grow in all areas of development through play. Elm Tree teachers are constantly observing each child to determine where they’re at developmentally and they plan weekly topics of discussion based on the interests of the children along with activities and experiences to continue to challenge them.

Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (Founding Partner)
ICAAP is an organization of approximately 2,000 pediatricians in Illinois. Primary activities include advocacy on behalf of children, families, and health professionals in Illinois; the provision of continuing medical education and other resources for pediatricians, pediatric specialists, and other child health care providers; and collaboration with other state organizations and agencies on programs and projects that improve the health and well-being of children.

National Alliance on Mental Illness DuPage
NAMI DuPage was founded by a group of parents in 1985 as an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a nationwide mental health advocacy organization who were dedicated to improving the quality of lives of people affected by mental illnesses. These parents were looking for services for their children, who had been diagnosed with mental illnesses. By joining forces, their goal was to advocate for improved services and has been a catalyst for change and reform in DuPage County.

Northeast DuPage Family and Youth Services (NEDFYS) is a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides high-quality, accessible mental health and social services to underserved residents of DuPage County. NEDFYS works with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds to promote physical and mental wellness, healthy relationships, and cognitive and social skill development.

The Outreach House
The Outreach House’s reason for being is simple – to provide compassionate and effective assistance to individuals and families in need with dignity and without judgment. Following a long and successful community presence addressing urgent needs for food, clothing, infant/toddler essentials and emergency financial assistance, our four programs – First Things First, Food Pantry, Clothes Closet and Walk-in Assistance – merged as one organization under The Outreach House.

Parents As Teachers DuPage County
The DuPage Regional Office of Education Parents as Teachers is a FREE home-visiting program designed to support qualifying families with children prenatal through age 3. Using an evidence-based curriculum, parent educators offer individualized bi-weekly home visits that encourage optimal child development through healthy interaction with parents or caregivers, building a strong foundation for later school success. The program also provides developmental screenings, referrals to community resources, and the opportunity for families to attend monthly Group Connections to further their parenting knowledge and engage with other families through educational play.
Teen Parent Connection
Teen Parent Connection provides programs and services for teen parents in DuPage County as they navigate the challenges of both parenthood and adolescence. The organization also offers school-based pregnancy prevention education programs in both middle schools and high schools to help reduce the risk of teen pregnancy.
This Little Light
This Little Light Classes are for young children that are provided at no cost to the community. These classes create a positive, nourishing environment for children to be exposed to a variety of social and educational experiences, specifically in the arts.

Tri-Town YMCA

Providing quality youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility programs for families across the communities of Lombard, Oakbrook Terrace, and Villa Park. Tri-Town YMCA also serves as the fiscal agent for the Villa Park Area Early Childhood Collaborative.
Village of Villa Park
The Village of Villa Park is a municipality located in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois in east central DuPage County. The Village offers a variety of municipal services, including a parks and recreation department that provides youth and family programming and leisure facilities including over a dozen free community parks/open spaces.
YWCA Metropolitan Chicago
YWCA Metropolitan Chicago is committed to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. YWCA connects families to childcare resources and build the capacity of childcare providers, while empowering the next generation of youth through engaging afterschool programs.
